The location was gorgeous and excellent, conveniently close to the square and the hotel’s restaurant. The brunch at the Kings Head, which is nearby, was enjoyable. The guest room was beautifully maintained and included a minibar, central heating, and an iron for added convenience.

The food was good and the room was comfortable. the location was convenient for exploring the city and the Christmas market. We also appreciated the free parking.

The staff were not very friendly or helpful. We had trouble with the heating in our room and it took a long time to get it resolved.

Best aspect of this hotel was the cleanliness of the room and the comfortable bedding. Location was also perfect, very close to the city center and public transportation. Walking to local eateries and cafes was easy and convenient. The friendly staff made me feel welcomed and the added amenities in the room made my stay comfortable.

Worst aspect of this hotel was the inconsistent hot water temperature in the shower, it went from very hot to very cold quickly. Another downside was the lackluster breakfast options, there isn't much of a selection to choose from.
